Designed for API 2000 / ISO 28300 compliance, the Models L22E (pre-configured) & LV22E (fully configurable) open fully at just 10% overpressure, venting large volumes during fire or upset conditions to help prevent tank rupture. Enhanced sealing technology limits fugitive emissions to no more than 1 SCFH at 90% of set pressure, supporting both safety and environmental goals.

Designed as a true drop-in replacement, it matches ASME #150, API 12, and API 650 bolt patterns across sizes ranging from 4 to 24 inches, making installation simple and efficient. The valve’s low-maintenance construction features a straightforward, durable design that makes inspection and servicing easy.
Available in carbon steel or stainless steel body materials, with stainless steel or optional aluminium pallets, the valve offers diaphragm choices of Buna-N, FKM, or FEP to suit various applications. Pressure settings range from 6.92 to 69.2 inches of water column, depending on size.
