Paradigm appoints Europe Area Sales Manager for Drilling Services to Support Growth

Paradigm has appointed Gerhard Slaman to head sales for its European Drilling market.

As a consultant, Mr Slaman will oversee technical sales and business development across the region. With his circa-27 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specialising in downhole tools.

Commenting on the appointment, Paradigm Drilling COO Jim Profit commented, “Gerhard is well known in the industry, as a trusted, astute salesperson. We’re delighted to have him on board to harness relationships and get our technology to the forefront of operations.”

Mr Slaman added: “I’m particularly excited for this role with Paradigm because I’ve known the company, their technology, and most of the team for many years now, so this feels like a natural progression. I’m well versed with the European market, and what cost-saving/energy-conscious solutions are expected, and Paradigm has the advantage with the technology and an energetic team who listens!”
